The Ridley assessment is a 6+ hour session with a trained assessor. A report on how the candidate assesses on the 13 prominent performance dimensions that demonstrate a high capacity for leading church multiplication. Through an extensive interview, an assessor (or assessment team) will explore how a candidate demonstrates key characteristics of their past performance and behaviors. A comprehensive report detailing a candidate's strengths and potential weaknesses will be provided.

Two Part TrueWiring Assessment Package
These tools are targeting those in the Leadership Development Process.
Part One: The TrueWiring Leadership Assessment Basic helps candidate discover how God uniquely designed them to lead. Through DiSC, Motivators, and Spiritual Gifts, leaders gain clarity about how they naturally lead, what truly fuels them, and where they are most effective for Kingdom impact. This experience gives language to their strengths, aligns energy with calling, and frees leaders from the pressure to imitate others. Leaders emerge with renewed confidence, sharper focus, and a clearer, healthier path forward in leadership and ministry. This includes a downloadable report with 60-minute debrief session with a certified assessor. This basic assessment package focuses on the heart motivation and calling discernment of the Local Ministerial Candidate (LMC).
Part Two: Leading From the Inside Out - TrueWiring Next Step - Leadership growth moves beyond self-awareness into self-mastery through an advanced TrueWiring experience built on earlier insights by revealing how a leader grows, manages emotion, and navigates conflict when real pressure is present. It brings clarity to the leaders’ Growth Mindset, Emotional Intelligence, and Conflict patterns. This will enable them to lead more effectively in a world of high-stress, conflict-driven culture. Leaders emerge with the tools to produce deeper maturity, stronger relational presence, and the resilience needed for sustained, high-impact leadership over time.
